Delivery generally takes between 3 and 30 days, depending on the destination and delivery method.
Expedited delivery, generally within 3–7 days, may be arranged upon request for an additional charge, subject to logistical availability.
Your preferred delivery date and time may be selected during checkout or arranged privately with your Concierge through your preferred messaging channel. Final timing is confirmed individually before handover.
Duties and taxes are always included in the final acquisition price. No separate payment is requested from the client at delivery.
A change of city or delivery address may be possible depending on logistical availability and may incur an additional charge. A change of country is not possible after the payment confirmation letter has been sent.
Before the scheduled handover, confirmation is sent through the communication channel selected by the client. This allows the final arrangements to be confirmed discreetly.
