NOMINATED DELIVERY
Nominate an authorised party (concierge, relative, personal assistant, guard, neighbour) to receive order on your behalf. ID Verify is optional. If selected, national ID/drivers license will be checked to match info provided.

Complimentary INCOGNITO OPTION is ideal choice if you would like to make a gift or purchase for someone else without disclosing your identity. Package and enclosed documents will not contain any personal or billing information.

HAND DELIVERY
Package will be passed on directly and only to you. ID verification is optional, however, # Order reference number and PIN (provided in Order Details letter) is strictly required.

ON HOLD OPTION
Should you be on vacation or occupied, ON HOLD OPTION allows you to postpone delivery up to 90 days from the day of purchase free of charge.

SELF PICK-UP
The package will be securely left at a 5-star location of our choice and will wait for you or designated person to be picked up within 48 hours. If you prefer us to leave it in particular address, let us know and we will check the possibility. No signature / ID verification.
