Your comfort is our priority that is why you do not need to worry about shipping, papers, payment delays when you choose to consign with us. Our Concierges handle selling process for you.
We kindly accept specifically high-end luxury handbags made of exotic materials (crocodile, reptile, sequined, metal, plexiglass, etc.) or limited edition / numbered purses seen on fashion shows, runways as well as VIP and Special Orders.
Please note that Handbag must be genuine and authentic in new to gently pre-owned condition with no odour, stains or damages.
Please fill in the form, specify the information and attach few pictures – you will receive Selling submission confirmation first followed by Selling acceptance or Decline letter.
Please note that we may refuse any submission should we consider the item to be counterfeit or not eligible.
Please provide additional information required and choose preferred showcase payment option*. After payment has been received, your item will be displayed on our website in 48 hours after successful authenticity check and professional care editing.
Once your item is sold and we have received the payment, we will gladly ask you to confirm the date and address for our Concierge to pick it up. Please note that you agree to stay in contact by your chosen contact methods and pass on the item in the event of successful sale. In case it is impossible for us to reach you, the sale will automatically be cancelled in 20 days from the sale date and we may suspend your account.
Payout is immediate (depending on payout type chosen) once your item is handed over to our Concierge and it is confirmed to be identical and authentic.
So Wow Bag does not require you to ship or drop-off handbag anywhere for security reasons. Once your purse is sold, our Concierge will pick it up directly from your preferred address.
* The sale will not take place if the handbag you present to our Concierge is deemed to be counterfeit or different from the one on the submission form. Please regard this matter seriously.
